Did I eat too much today? Trying to lose weigt?

That's not nearly enough food. Skip the slimfast shakes and get your calories from real foods - sandwiches, maybe? Eggs and toast? Apples and peanut er? Chicken and rice? You should never for any reason eat less than 1200 calories a day; you're starving your body and that doesn't result in fat loss.
