Is it true that if a guy is interested they will text?

Let him do the running, he has your number so there is nothing to stop him from arranging to meet you. leave the ball in his court, and if he doesn't call then don't worry about it, carry on with your life, maybe he's just not that into you?? (i am reading that book right now...maybe you should too...it really makes you view things differently.)
