Need help with Spanish.?

I have a piece made by Argentina Ind. which I am trying to identify, there is a web site: www.bombillasrulemar.com.ar/ .....but I don't understand Spanish. If you understand Spanish could you take a look at the above website and tell me what those things are? They look like some type of pipe but maybe have to do with a beverage. Thanks for any help!
