Does $60 Billion a year HC fraud sound like Obama is keeping his promise of increased HC fraud prevention?

One of the reasons that Medicare and Medicaid are able to claim that they have less administrative expense than private companies is that their claims verification is so sloppy. If you add in the excess fraud and abuse in these programs they are probably less efficient than the privates.
