New job working security in factory?

Im starting out a new job working security for a factory called Custom Alloy. For people who have has positions such as this, what am I to expect my 6am to 6pm shift to look like. How do they deal with meal times. What responsibilities will I have, and how can I prevent myself from getting fired.
