Warhammer : Dawn of War questions?

Just started playing and i need to know a couple of answers. How do you send capsules containing men & vehicles to other areas of map (how do get the ability and how do i use it). How do i unlock Land raiders, Terminator soldiers and the ault terminators? (space marine team - soldiers).
