What are peoples views on Abortion and Adoption?

Me, personally, I think they are both selfish acts that i'd never consider. Getting pregnant myself at 17, thinking about taking a tablet that will make me bleed, seeing the feteous come out of me, knowing i caused it. Or being sucked out like a hoover and destroying a living thing. They both made me sick nd realised i couldn't do either. In my opinion, Adoption is slightly better, as at least a child has the chance of life. But at the same time i would never do it. You don't know what sort of hurt and pain you could be putting that poor child through in its life. The child may be stuck in homes for years, lonely. Or it may go to a bad family where they treat them badly. And when they know their adopted they may feel hurt and depressed. So many things! And i don't see how anyone can be so selfish to give birth to their own flesh and blood then let someone take them away. Some people say it's a good thing, giving a couple a chance to be parents. But if it was meant to be they would of had children of their own. Some people say having an abortion at an early stage wont hurt the baby. From a couple of weeks a baby has a heartbeat, there for making it living, even when all there is are cells, its still something inside you. Sometimes I understand situations where a person literally has no money, no family, nowhere to live, no friends etc, i understand if they out their child up for adoption. But when someone is fully capable of looking after a child, they just choose not to, that angers me. Take responsibilty people! what are your views?
