My husband is getting too big?

my husband is getting way too fat. he is just sitting around all day dipping his wintergreen long cut like crazy and watching tv and playing wow non stop. i made him go to the doctors office because i really concerned because he was having breathing problems. he gets huffing and puffing just walking from the computer room to the kitchen to get food!!!! his belly has been expanding steadily since he got layed off from his job!!!! well the doctor said he has a fat apron that extends down over his belt line like 4 or 5 inches!!!!! its just saggy fat!!!! i am getting disgusted with it!!!!! he like doesnt care and wont change his way no matter how much i nag him to stop eating so much junk!!!!! he is turning into the people i see in wal marts who i hate because they are so huge!!! what should i do??? has this ever happened to you????
