How to INSTALL a game correctly?

Hi guys i just download 9Dragon but when i play in full screen mode it give me a crash and quit my game than it pop up another screen say "this problem had occurs because of Win32k.sys to solve this problem plz check to see any new program been install correctly" but when i try to delete the win32k.sys i it say the file can't be delete because of some thing is still been use, it also happen when i just normally quit the game , but not when i play in window mode plz help i like to enjoy the game like every1.
