Fat Cheeks (Face)....Need help!?

I am a 16 year old girl and I play alot of athletics I work out alot but I am have really fat cheeks (face)! I was wondering what could help to get rid of them?Has anyone heard of getting there wisdom teeth out? or buccal fat surgry?
