"Deer themed" Dessert auction ideas?

My husband is having his annual "Quality deer management banquet" and they will be having a dessert auction so I would like to make something. They need to have a "theme to go with it" Example: last year someone made "better than cake" and the theme said, "Get your buck rutting early with this better than cake". It was great, and I want to come up with something creative. Any ideas???
