How do you know if you have swine flu.. or just a regular flu??!?

Agree with Pat's answer. If you absolutely have to know if it's the swine flu, there is a lab test to determine this should you become ill with flu symptoms. I wouldn't rush to the emergency room, though, this is something your personal physician would be able to handle. 99% of swine flu cases are very mild, and many people don't realize that this is NOT a new strain - it's been around before, will be around again. Taking the proper precautions will help a lot: cover your mouth when you cough, wash your hands immediately after and frequently throughout the day if you handle items others handle, and stay home if you're ill to prevent spreading your symptoms.
