Fab abs for the lazy person???

How can i motivate myself to do exercise and ignments. I just lie in bed all day and feel tired and lathargic. I try to do ignments but my bed seems so much more appealing and always saying to myself 'just 30mins and then i'll start. What can i do to improve my energy levels? How can i motivate myself?
