How do I claim my spouse in this situation?

We got married last October, so its the only last two months of the year. Also, She is taking financial aid, and her parents are the co-signers, and she lived with them till we got married, and they are going to claim her as a dependent too. How should I claim her when file my taxes? and how am i supposed to file in a way where the SSN doesnt show twice on both my taxes and her parents?
