My construction business is in trouble. How can I get help?

I started a masonry construction business in the Dallas area about 2 months ago with only 200 dollars capitol. It did good for the first month. But recently Ive been getting into financial trouble. The work is plentiful. In fact I need to hire some people but I don't have the capitol to take on new hires safely. All my money is going into materials to complete jobs. I only have a 2 man crew. The jobs are taking too long and I am losing money. I don't have a bank account and I cant find anyone to loan me money. What should I do? Thanks - DANIEL
