Problems Bleeding brakes on 01' Ford E-150?

I have replaced EVERYTHING except ABS control module trying to resolve this issue. The cause of this problem, I think, is the fact that I disconnected the calipers for about a 3hr period until I had a chance to re-install the new ones. We have bleed the system enough to go through a lifetime supply of brake fluid, and still have a pedal that goes straight to the floor. Again, new wheel cylinders, calipers, and master cylinder, including ALL hardware have been replaced. We have primed the master cylinder in the vehicle twice with no air coming out on the second attempt. Is there a way to purge air out of the ABS control module without the NGS tester? Or, do I have to be concerned with the ABS control Module at all? The repair manual says not bleed it unless the lines connected to it have been replaced/removed, or if the unit itself had to be replaced. Please Advise.
