What is a fair price for a platinum engagement ring of the following specs?

Center diamond is 1.69 carat VS2, G, with very good cut, very good symmetry, very good polish, 1.03 L/W ratio (This is all from the GIA certificate). There are also a total of 10 3-pointers on the band (so .30 carats worth of diamond on the band). Once again this is made of platinum. I also had the band custom designed and a wax molding was made first to make sure I liked the design. Thanks for any input.
