Whats the best western pad for a heavy rider?

im thinking the tack too western saddle neoprene pad is to thin, I was thinking about going soft thick fleece. anyone have suggestions on if this works for them? something with more cushion is what I think more horse will be better with? what is your take on the cushy fleece or wool, thick?
