Cool ideas for high school newspaper?

My school has just started a high school paper, and we want some topics that students between the ages of 15 and 19 would like to read about. So far we have articles on: athletics, green team (recycling group in our school), music program, student council, school events, cartoons, food, and opinion articles. We want to have more interesting things though, so we plan to have more games (word searches, trivia, etc.), quotes heard in the halls, car of the month (about students' vehicles) and perhaps articles about influential people in the school. What else can we write about that would make our paper more fun to read and interesting?
