How can place a complaint about a colleague without looking unprofessional?

If i were you I would wait it out. These problems fix themselves most of the time. She is the one that is not happy with her job not you. So my advise would be to keep a positive attitude and pay her no mind. if you let her know she bothers you then she wins. Don't respond to her comments just listen smile and nod your head.
