Is he just infatuated with me?

when a boy say im never off his mind or something like that, is that just a sign of infatuation. He has also said though that even if i ended up being very disabled he would still stay with me because he loves me for who i am. also when i say you are not inlove with me you just think you are and he says no i don't think i know i do.
