What's wrong with this code?

"Won't work" never suffices. An indication of what the output was would be helpful. My first guess is that AGAIN should be quoted. However, I do not code in this language and this may be perfectly legal. I cannot pinpoint any source of error from your diagnosis: "it doesn't work".
