Is it copying?

if you get a tattoo that someone else has, but you're getting that tattoo to represent that person as an ispiration in your life, is that copying? i plan on getting the word ISSUES on my arm like Brian Welch, former lead guitarist from KoRn. mine is going to look a little different but its basically the same thing.
